This project was awesome to be a part of! Our customer had an old barn that needed some serious TLC... and they did not disappoint! The renovated barn boasts a modern living space with a sleek exterior, an open layout with a stylish kitchen and very cozy living area. Filled with plenty of natural and accent lighting this old barn turned into a charming space!

BBQ Pavilion in Norfolk all finished- what an amazing project to be a part of! This is by far the best BBQ outdoor space we have seen! From start to finish it kept us on our toes as we constantly had to adapt to the complete custom build and also, more importantly, the customers wants/needs!

- All the lighting throughout is controlled by smart switches/controllers/transformers. The customer is able to change colors, brightness and scenes for lighting all from his phone!
- (3) Bromic heaters have wireless controllers for on/off and low/high settings
- 30’ + island fitted for all cooking and entertaining needs
- (5) Cat6E data runs for Sonos amps to control (3) zones of speakers, as well as a WIFI mesh system and 80” TV
- And more!

A BIG thank you to Rodio Landscaping for bringing us in on this project. All of your hard work payed off, this setup is amazing. Thank you to both homeowners as well for being so flexible and accommodating during the whole process!
