Our forestry season is getting underway and we’re excited to be back doing the work outside.

Our focus has always been on creating sustainable environments where native plants and wildlife can thrive. Through forest restoration and management, we work to improve and maintain woodlands so they remain healthy, high-quality tracts of land that can be enjoyed for years to come.

Last Tuesday we were inside learning and getting educated at the Penn Stater. This week, we’re back where we belong — out in nature.

Grassland reclamation for the ODNR Highlandtown wildlife area .
We'll be mulching roughly 35 acres of Invasive brush at this location that was previously treated with herbicide applied from a Drone.

This site along with many others will be re-seeded with native grass species and native trees to make a better habitat for wildlife and a much healthier forest and field!
