Golden hour, fire’s lit and the backyard’s ready for company.

We transformed this backyard with a spacious paver patio, designed around a round stone fire pit set inside a circular inlay with dark border accents. A curved seat wall with capped pillars wraps the fire pit area, giving built-in seating for a crowd without needing a single extra chair.

Contrasting border bands guide your eye from the house steps to the fire pit, and the patio connects the whole yard into one easy, open space for grilling, lounging by the pool and gathering around the fire.

Fall evenings were made for this.

We built this backyard from the ground up: a spacious paver patio that flows from a curved walkway, a circular fire pit with a built-in seat wall and stone pillars, and a raised planter bed framing the Japanese maple.

Then we tied it all together with a custom deck, with white railings, cable rail panels and wide stairs that step down right onto the patio. Morning coffee on the deck, evenings around the fire, plenty of room for the whole crew in between.
Patio + deck, designed to work as one. That’s the Almeida way.
