Happy birthday to all the ANR and NDC staff celebrating in May! We also wanted to highlight our college graduates, congratulations to you all!!

We take time every month to celebrate our amazing team by hosting a birthday lunch. This month’s celebration featured flavorful burritos, rice and beans catered by the Burrito Man. To end our lunch, we enjoyed delicious cupcakes from Dairy Queen for dessert.

Lastly, we wanted to give a huge thank you to our employees for implementing our core values in all that they do!

Josh leads with encouragement and follow-through. He supports his team by setting clear examples, staying available for questions, and helping employees work toward their goals. His approach builds confidence and a genuine sense of ownership in the work.

In Josh's words, “To me, empowerment means doing whatever you can to help those around you, including yourself, reach their full potential. I feel it is important for everyone to have a sense of ownership of their work, so they have something to be proud of at the end of the day. From there, I believe that confidence and growth come naturally, out of a drive to be a better version of yourself.”
