2025 was a great year and we couldn’t have done it without Lucas tackling what ever task that was thrown his way and our great long term customers Bowman Recycling, Tannenhauf Golf Course, Maniac Diesel Performance, Trbo Land Farms, Osnaburg Township, Golf Sense Incorporated, and many more. Also a huge thank you to the great contractors who kept us moving like Mid East Truck & Trailer Services,ZM Enterprises, P&S Truck Service, Parker Family Ventures, RB’s Truck & Trailer service, RT 43 Equipment & Sales, Tournoux Landcare services, Strouble Trucking & Water hauling, Goat Hill Trucking (they were a key component to finishing phase one of the park in a short time window by keeping us buried in materials), Ace Hauling, and many more.

Moving right along on hole 13,15,&16 this week.
At hole 13 we cleared the tree line back to get more sunlight on the green, hole 15 we cleared trees, shaped a new fairway and all new tee boxes to improve the safety issues on this hole. Hole 16 we cleared trees as well, building new tee boxes and a new cart path to also improve safety and making the tee boxes larger to accommodate the higher volume of players due to the lack of local courses still around and higher number of players from Covid getting people outdoors.

This is probably one of my favorite projects to get to watch progress each time we come back to complete another phase to see what they have gotten done. They are moving a 100 year old barn here and rebuilding but with an upgraded foundation to accommodate modern day equipment and needs.
