The crew has been rolling this week. As soon as the weather cleared up, we jumped right back into action — knocking out repairs, finishing up a coatings job that’s been waiting on a dry, warm stretch, and hanging fresh gutter on another project.

There’s nothing better than seeing momentum pick up and watching these jobs come together. Proud of the guys for staying ready, staying sharp, and keeping things moving forward.

The crew has been pushing hard through the cold to kick off the new year strong. This project comes with some unique challenges, including a large vented ridge cap and a total of 88 skylights to address in Phase 1 alone.

This past weekend we kicked off what we hope will be a lasting tradition — our very first crew appreciation BBQ. We went all in; water slides, fishing, BBQ that hit the spot, and homemade desserts.

We hosted this not just for the hardworking men who show up every day, but for the families who’ve got their backs. Because around here, family isn't just part of the story — it's the heart of it.

It was the first of many, and a reminder that we’re building more than just roofs. We’re building something that lasts.

As we continue this restoration project, we’ve brought out a new tool that’s taking our application process to the next level—the Rabbit spray rig.

This setup allows us to apply the American WeatherStar base coat with precision, consistency, and speed—ensuring smooth coverage and optimal performance on every seam and fastener we’ve sealed.

Efficiency matters, but so does doing it right. Pairing high-performance coatings with advanced equipment like the Roof Rabbit helps us deliver long-lasting waterproofing and a cleaner finish.

We’re in the middle of restoring this metal roof using liquid-applied roof coatings—a powerful system that extends the life of the roof and improves energy efficiency. But success is all in the prep work.

One critical (and often overlooked) step is thorough waterproofing.
We’re currently applying seam sealant and fastener sealing, followed by tying in the base coat—laying the groundwork for long-term performance.

These steps ensure the coating adheres properly and the roof stays watertight for years to come. More photos and progress updates to follow as we continue this project here in Macon.

Detail flashing is crucial in a TPO roof system. These pictures show a roof loaded with HVAC and pipe flashings that our crew has been working on. Not only does the crew ensure every detail is flashed correctly, but they also make sure the new roof is waterproofed each night to prevent water intrusion.
