Weaver is an excellent member of the team who generously shares his knowledge and experience with others, teaching both traditional methods and innovative approaches to equipment repairs. He is always upbeat and full of joy. Throughout his 40 years with the company, he has adapted to countless changes in the industry and embraced new technologies, continually growing and evolving with the job. He is especially skilled at finding practical solutions to keep equipment operating while awaiting parts for permanent repairs.
Forty years of service is a remarkable achievement that reflects dedication, loyalty, and an unmatched work ethic. We are grateful for everything Weaver has contributed over the years and are proud to celebrate this milestone with him.

Inside every haul truck on a site is a person watching the load, the route, and everyone around them. A fully loaded haul truck can weigh over 100,000 pounds. The hauling cycle looks simple from the outside, but the person in that seat is making decisions every few seconds about where to go, when to stop, and what's happening on the rest of the site.
