*Crew Foreman - At least 2-3 years of experience running a landscape crew performing duties such as planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, edging, mulching etc.. Must be able to safely operate all basic landscape equipment as well as professionally communicate with clients. Applicants should have at least a general knowledge of common plants found on the Cape as well as proper pruning techniques. Must be able to drive a truck & trailer. Basic mechanic skills are encouraged.
*Laborer - Experience desired but will train the right person.

All applicants must:
~ Be willing to work long days throughout the spring/summer & fall
~ Work well with others & be a team player
~ Have a valid MA drivers license with a clean driving record
~ Have reliable transportation to & from the shop on a daily basis
