Full Bedroom → Primary Bathroom + Walk-In Closet + Laundry Relocation

This project started as a standard second-floor bedroom… and ended as a fully functional primary suite upgrade.

We:
• Converted the bedroom into a full primary bathroom
• Added a walk-in closet
• Relocated the laundry from the first floor to a new second-floor closet
• Set up the first floor for a future butler’s pantry (next phase)

The goal was simple—add function, improve flow, and increase long-term value without expanding the footprint.

Clean layout, better use of space, and a much more functional second floor.

But the biggest win?
👉 No more hauling laundry up and down stairs

Next up: transforming the old laundry space into a butler’s pantry.
