The experience starts the first time we meet a client and connect them with the top realtors, bankers, title companies, interior designers and architects in the industry. We have assembled a team that has the same goal in mind...to ensure the client has the best possible building experience. Our role at Whitmore Custom Homes is to guide the client through every stage of the process to ensure questions are answered, transparency is maintained and budgets and schedules are hit. Architects have come to appreciate that we are not just the company building the home they are designing. We act as an integral part of the team helping to troubleshoot, cost engineer and continuously monitor the budget to ensure the client is fully satisfied throughout the entire process. This is the reason that much of our work is from referrals by not only our past clients but also the top architects and designers in West Michigan that want to ensure their clients have a great building experience.
