Our regions trade programs are making a huge comeback! We have personally witnessed growth in hard working people from early apprenticeships to licensure and even further professional development right here, in house, many times. One thing that never dulls is the sense of pride we feel at the moment we notice that notorious "electrician confidence" in someone that we've mentored.
We breed growth and promote committed individuals that want to exceed.

Meet Cole, a Salem High School senior who is currently thriving in the CTE Electrical program at Pinkerton and gaining invaluable real-world experience through his internship at Pincence Electric. Under the guidance of his mentor, Shane Pincence, Cole has successfully translated his classroom knowledge into hands-on skill out in the field.
The most exciting part of this journey is that Pincence Electric has officially hired Cole as a full-time employee after graduation! We are so proud to see our students turning their passion into a career pathway right out of high school. Way to go, Cole!
