Big progress happening on this major renovation project in Noank! 🔨🏠

The electrical crew has completed a full rewire of the entire home, and the plumbing rough-in is nearly finished. We’re gearing up for the rough inspection later this week as another major milestone approaches.

Inside, we’ve removed the old plaster throughout, framed out brand-new third-floor bathrooms, and are completely reimagining the layout. One of the most unique transformations? Converting an old stairway into a custom walk-in shower! 🚿

It’s exciting to see this historic home take on a whole new life. Stay tuned as we move into the next phase of the renovation.

Another project in progress out in Middlefield, Connecticut 🔨

We’re transforming a garage into a beautiful new family room while also finishing the bonus room. This project is really coming together with mini splits installed for efficient heating and cooling, and the plumber adding a new shower stall and toilet to complete the space.

Drywall has been fully installed and finished — everything is smooth, clean, and ready for paint.
