Install smarter switches to reduce electrical bills.

Trade out old fan switches for a timer switch. This allows you to set the fan on for a certain period of time and walk away without the worry of forgetting to turn it off.

Have motion detectors for outside lights to reduce the amount of time the light is on. This will also help extend the life of the light bulb.
