Updates from around Lake Charlevoix! Starting off we have our basement remodel. Beautifully wrapped in pine tongue and groove this basement gives the perfect Northern Michigan vibe! Next we have our kitchen remodel just right down the lake. Progress is being made, and check back for the finished product! Last but not least we have the finished flooring for our cottage addition! Stay tuned for more job updates!

Major project update! Vinyl shake and lap siding has been completed and our Lake Charlevoix cottage project is in the home stretch!

Today both Carey Construction and C&L Excavating, LLC participated in the East Jordan High School career fair! We are hoping to find young individuals who are eager to start a career in the trades!

Making solid progress on our Lake Charlevoix addition even in the middle of winter!

Marvin Windows are in, interior walls are framed, and the space is really starting to take shape. Cold temps don’t stop good work.
