Little leak at Mom's house:
-Water coming into the basement bathroom cieling
-Checked the 2nd floor access panel- all dry
-Bubbling paint on the study wall
-I listened close for the pinhole and found it on the 2nd small hole in tough to patch plaster
-A very lucky find, it could have been an 8 ft hole
-Patched it, I'll repipe it in pex soon

Maybe the last American Standard tower replacement. A short lived mistake produced by American Standard (1 year) and recalled for the last 10 years. The free replacement is long gone but the supply houses still stock it for now. The job runs about $200 to fully rebuild the toilet (full rebuild recommended) and guaranteed to work better than new.

And a new Water Heater for good measure
