We are closing early today due to the snowstorm. We are looking to get our team home safely and allow road crews to clean up the snow without more traffic on the road. Our snow removal team will be out and our generator techs on standby in the event of an emergency.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with people? Bedell’s Electric is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and our team supported!

What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Support our electricians with paperwork and materials
• Manage emails, filing, and basic bookkeeping
• Help with permitting, billing, and supply orders
• Provide friendly customer service and administrative support

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and team work
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
