Dave Wilson has been leading the field for the past two years with pride, professionalism, and respect for his teammates. During that time, he’s continued to grow his skills in project management, manpower planning, and proactively preparing for upcoming work. Dave’s strong relationships with both our customers and workforce play a key role in the continued success of M.R. Mason.
Josh Larson has been running work for M.R. Mason for the past five years, consistently delivering projects with excellence and pride. He sets a high standard for daily reporting and safety, helping ensure our projects run efficiently and responsibly. Most recently, Josh successfully led the Galesburg WWT Plant project—another great win for M.R. Mason. In addition to his leadership, Josh is an exceptional bricklayer who continually pushes his crew to deliver top-quality craftsmanship.
Eric Warner brings more than 30 years in the trade and over 20 years of experience running work, making him a steady and trusted leader in the field. Known for his positive attitude and clear communication, Eric sets the tone for both performance and morale. There’s truly no job too big for Eric. In 2026, he will lead the IAW Sterling East and West Expansion projects—a testament to the confidence placed in his leadership and expertise.
