The current project is a complete renovation of the exterior of a beautiful home in Charleston. We are scraping, scrubbing, and power-washing the exterior before we paint. We are using Sherwin-Williams 100% acrylic exterior grade paint. The color is slightly darker than the original and will allow all facets of the house to match. The fireplaces are now trimmed in white and updated chimney caps will be fitted and painted black. Several of the decorative panels below the windows will need repair and several will need to be replaced entirely due to wood rot. The shutters will be removed for painting, cleaned and repaired, and then replaced. New access covers to the crawl space will be cut to fit and framed in for ease of access and will include a secure latching system.
