Lawn Doctor of Rhode Island is seeking individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Our Lawn Care Technicians are brand ambassadors who need to enjoy working outdoors; work with little direct supervision while meeting production goals and would like a chance to highlight their lawn care knowledge and ability in a small business setting.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check.

We offer competitive wages and benefits. A signing bonus is available for individuals with lawn care experience already possessing a valid pesticide applicator's license in Rhode Island and/or Massachusetts.

Summer is coming!
As the temperatures rise, so should your mowing height!

A summer mowing height should be raised one-half inch to mow at 3 to 3.5 inches. Raising the mowing height provides more insulation from summer heat and reduces water loss from your soil.

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer- focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with the highest quality, environmentally sensitive products they aerate and seed lawns, preform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

If you enjoy working outdoors; being out on your own with little direct supervision, and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we'd love to talk with you. Lawn Doctor believes the employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong work ethic, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but not necessary. Must be 21+.

He or she must also have:
