We are grateful to have received another First Place Award in Rhode Island Monthly's 2026 Design Awards! This award is for a Unique Interior Space, also part of The Noble adaptive reuse project in Providence, RI - designed with developer Touchdown Realty Group. This historic abandoned church was saved and the sanctuary space was repurposed as communal space for residents and events.

We were honored to be awarded First Place for Historic Residential Renovation in the 2026 Rhode Island Monthly Design Awards for The Noble project we designed with developer Touchdown Realty Group in Providence, RI. This project was needed for a long time and TRG and the project team got it done. It was a fun and challenging design, and we are thrilled the building has been saved, given new purpose and is ready for its next century of life!

Ahead of the storm, I got a phone call from my neighbor on Taunton Ave in East Providence. He had a sewer backup into his basement. I rushed over to check our basement - luckily no problems! - and the City of East Providence was already there hydro jetting the sewer in the street. Huge thank you to the East Providence folks for being on top of what could have been a big disaster, even when having to prepare for the storm. Bob DaSilva, East Providence Mayor

Excited to be back in Hey Rhody, Providence Monthly, So Rhode Island, and The Bay magazines this month, with one of our favorite remodel projects we've done!

This previously existing 3-unit multifamily home in Providence was converted into a 2-unit featuring a 2-story townhouse style owner's unit with soaring ceilings.
