Zaha Hadid's statement, "People think that the most appropriate building is a rectangle, because that's typically the best way of using space, but is that to say that landscape is a waste of space? She made this remark in a 2013 interview with The Guardian, challenging conventional architectural norms that prioritize rectangular shapes for their efficiency and simplicity​​​​.

Hadid's philosophy was influenced by her experiences in the male-dominated field of architecture, where her avant-garde ideas initially struggled to gain acceptance. Despite facing significant barriers, she persisted and eventually gained recognition for her unique designs that broke away from traditional forms. Her projects, such as the Vitra Fire Station and the Rosenthal Center for Contemporary Art, exemplify her commitment to creating dynamic, non-rectilinear spaces that interact harmoniously with their environments​​​​.

MS Studio is a NJ based small architectural firm. Our goal is to design spaces for the users where they can connect to the space in true sense. We thrive to design for our clients with their satisfaction, comfort, culture and budget in mind.

Architecture is the art of living, the science of the surrounding environment we envision. Over the last 20 years I have worked in commercial, corporate, institutional, residential and educational facilities. I find it challenging and satisfying to design and work with spaces, whether it’s an addition or alteration of residential or small commercial facilities. The architectural success of a space lies in the user’s satisfaction. Any homeowner or user can organize and envision/ manipulate his/ her own living/ working/ business space, an architect’s role is to create the connection between the clients’ vision and the reality, put the client’s aspirations into a sustainable vision and feasible reality. My goal is to design/ create a space that gives the user long term satisfaction.
