Another kitchen in the record books!. I was contacted by a client who I do regularly business with about his brother having a fire in the kitchen. After we priced it out and battled with the insurance companies to get them what they deserve we remove the most damaged part of the sheetrock and then kilns the rest to save on costs instead of gutting the entire house. Once everything was demoed and ready for the install new high hats were installed to show off the brand new kitchen everything is symmetrical and everything is centered for anybody that has OCD. After sheetrocking and spackling we painted with an Alpine green to bring out the rustic look because the house does look cabin like. Brand new cabinets installed and a butcher block custom cut for a corner cabinet we had a hard time finding any type of corner cabinet to where we could put the sink that wasn't a lazy Susan so we ended up hand making the corner cabinet to accommodate any type of plumbing fixtures etc which gave us I would say 9 ft² underneath. Which is huge new outlets new switches new appliances a new hood new trim and pergo flooring with the same pattern as the old floor A little tough to match the color because of the sun fading the floor you could sand down the entire other floor and stain but we are trying to stay on a budget. And due to it being so close to Christmas we decided to throw in the hallway getting painted and getting rid of that ugly yellow color. A new oven and new hood / range
New handles new look and a new lease on life something about having a brand new kitchen makes you feel better about cooking especially we spend the majority of your time at home.
With that also came the addition of new dining room lights decorative sphere looking rustic light beautiful and then a rustic type metal guard / fence instead of the 1980s " b**b" light

As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded that perseverance and passion are the cornerstones of achieving greatness. Building meaningful relationships with clients is also vital, and I am honored to have forged a lasting bond with Jonathan, who has become not only a client but also a friend. We have uplifted each other in our respective endeavors, and it has been incredibly fulfilling to witness his growth. This project holds great significance for me, as it involves a client who has become a close friend. Initially, I was approached about installing a whirlpool bath on a deck. Recognizing the importance of safety and durability, I opted to construct a sturdy platform to support the whirlpool bath, rather than simply framing it out. This decision was influenced by the fact that the property is listed on Airbnb, and the goal is to create a unique experience that guests will cherish and recommend to others. The project began with the demolition of the existing 6x10 deck, which was replaced with a more spacious 10x18 deck. The new deck features a 2x12 outer box and 2x10 joists, ensuring exceptional stability and weight capacity. To bring the deck up to code, we installed new Sona tubes and anchored the joists to the house. Additionally, flashing was added to prevent water damage, as this is often a concern with homes in the Saw Creek area. Once the deck was complete, we shifted our focus to the whirlpool bath platform. We poured 12-inch Sona tubes for the footings and connected them to rebar for added stability. The platform itself was constructed using 6x6s on top of joist brackets, ensuring a secure and rot-resistant foundation. The wood was then wrapped with flashing and ice and water shield for extra protection. A roof was built using 2x6s and 12-foot metal panels, providing a sturdy and weather-tight structure. Finally, the whirlpool bath was carefully inserted into the platform, leaving a half-inch lip around the edges. The deck boards were then removed, cut to fit around the whirlpool bath, and reinstalled. The railings were set at 42 inches, slightly higher than standard, and metal wire was run throughout the railing system for a sleek and polished finish. This project was completed in approximately nine days. For a free estimate, please contact me at 570-202-0649. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Jonathan and Christina for their continued business and support over the years.

I received a call from Mike requesting assistance with completing the concrete work around the pond. I was thrilled to be involved in the development of the back9 , which features camping and motorcycle riding facilities for weekend getaways. This outstanding concept, led by exceptional individuals, was a privilege to be a part of. I finished stacking the rocks around the pond, ensuring a secure connection to the neighboring sidewalk to prevent settling or unevenness, thus ensuring a long lifespan. Two tons of crushed stone were brought in, compacted, and finished with a broom texture. I successfully completed this project just as temperatures were dropping to 40°F. Thank you for the business, sir; we look forward to the next project.

We would like to thank Bill elliks who does lawn and shrub installation this gentleman contacted us about doing a job for him.
It's always a pleasure to collaborate with a reliable partner and fellow contractor, E&Z Elite Services, on a paver walkway project that was completed in just one day. We utilized an Onyx soldier course with a three-piece pattern on the inside and secured it in place with concrete. We recently completed a project for a returning client, which involved applying new stucco and refacing the foundation after removing the deteriorated fascia.
If you remember our last stucco job was doing the pillars for the pine ridge community that we donated Additionally, we constructed two smaller pads, one exiting the crawl space and the other underneath the central air unit. There is still time to schedule concrete work before the freezing temperatures set in; please contact us today for a complimentary estimate at 570-202-0649. Our renovation schedule is currently booked for a couple of months, but we can accommodate smaller, one- to two-day jobs before the winter season. Wishing you peace and blessings.

What have we been up to lately? Well, I'll show you. Family Mark and Debbie were gracious enough to let me enter their home and share their vision with me. Once we got to talking, they had a couple of projects that needed attention, as past contractors had not completed the work to their satisfaction - a story all too familiar in this area, where it's challenging to find reliable contractors. We finished all the soffit for the overhang, utilizing the materials that had been lying there for years, thereby creating more space and completing pending projects, which was a double accomplishment that gave us a sense of satisfaction. Next, we tackled the basement, which had approximately a foot of stone. We installed a sump pump and layered the ground with heavy mill plastic to prevent condensation and block sweating. We then poured a 4-inch thick slab. Upon completion, Mark was thrilled with the outcome of the basement project, and as a testament to his satisfaction, he brought us a door to install as well. I'll try to share a picture of that. Although the door installation was part of the job, I also installed an apron for the door free of charge, simply because Mark and Debbie were valued customers who welcomed me into their home with kindness and honesty. As someone who values relationships, I strive to exceed expectations. Moving on to the bathroom, we removed the wood paneling typical of Pocono houses and discovered mold-resistant sheetrock underneath, which was a positive surprise. However, the sheetrock was covered in glue, so we opted to cover it with 1/4-inch sheetrock for a seamless finish. When we designed the custom curb shower, we made it as spacious as possible, along with the niche. The floor, backsplash, and niche feature an octagon pattern with gray veins and a hint of gold, matching the 2x2 tiles perfectly. We also installed brand-new floors with wood plank-looking tile, measuring 9 inches by 4 feet - truly stunning pieces. Now, the bathroom boasts a new floor, a new toilet, and a custom-made wooden cabinet that we reinstalled. Although we couldn't salvage the original vanity due to mold, we replaced it with a pristine new one, complete with a beautiful countertop, faucet, and medicine cabinet. To add a touch of elegance, we stained the wood and wrapped tile around the wall, even behind the toilet, creating a beautiful contrast. From the bottom of my heart, Phoenix would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Mark and Debbie for entrusting us with their home. We're dedicated to making your dreams a reality, bringing cherished memories back to life, and creating new ones to pass on as a legacy.

We're pleased to have completed another concrete project for a returning customer, highlighting our commitment to delivering quality services. It's rewarding to work with landlords who prioritize property maintenance, recognizing the benefits it brings to both tenants and property value. As illustrated, we demoed the original sidewalk, extending its width to 4ft for added convenience. The stairs, initially solid concrete, had begun to slip/sink, prompting us to re-form the structure and secure the rebar to the house and foundation. During our visit, we also addressed the customer's pool patio, which had shifted, and successfully lifted it back into place using a hydraulic jack. To meet budget constraints, we opted to sand down and reuse the existing railings. We appreciate our family's support and the customer's repeat business, which enables us to continue providing quality services. Additionally, we accommodated a neighbor's request for a central air unit pad, which proved to be a simple solution. For a complimentary estimate, please call/(or text the mountains don't always send the call through) 570-202-0649. Our summer schedule is rapidly filling up, so we encourage you to contact us promptly to secure your spot and avoid delays until winter.

The customer experienced a flooding issue that led water directly into his garage. We intervened by saw cutting the driveway to avoid causing damage, disposing of unnecessary asphalt, and re-tamping the area. A drain was then installed, complemented by pavers in a 50/50 pattern, and connected to the existing French drain. On our next visit, we will install an apron to direct water exclusively to the drain.
