Job Title: Full-Time Concrete Pump Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Concrete Pump Operator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. This role involves operating concrete pump equipment to support construction projects, with comprehensive training provided for the right candidate.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting Pay: $27 per hour during training, with eligibility for higher pay based on experience and performance.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 90-day introductory period).
• Retirement plan with company matching contribution after 90 days.
• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and maintain concrete pump equipment in accordance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure efficient and accurate concrete placement.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications:
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and all random DOT drug tests.
• Concrete construction experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and working outdoors in varying conditions.
