We are working in Seattle today, raising a warehouse floor that has bellies in it of roughly 2+ inches. We are using an extremely slow rise polyurethane foam that spreads 12 to 15 feet in diameter resulting in much better lifting, more complete void filling and less stress on the floor as it is lifted. This particular floor is 6 inches thick. Pretty impressive all the way around! This warehouse is roughly 6000 ft.² and we will pump about 8000 pounds of hydrophobic, high density polyurethane foam under the concrete to gently raise it back to level.
