🌿 BACKWOOD LAND SERVICE IS HIRING!
We are looking to fill 3 positions immediately on Cape Cod:
👷 CREW LEADER
— Lead a landscape crew in the field
— Softscape, hardscape, irrigation & lawn care experience required
— Operate equipment including excavators
— Valid driver's license required, CDL a plus
💧 IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN (+ general labor)
— Install, maintain & repair irrigation systems
— Must have prior landscape & irrigation experience
— Will also be required to perform general labor alongside the crew
— Irrigation Association Certification a plus
— Must be able to drive a trailer
— Potential for year-round work
🌱 GENERAL LABORER
— Physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
— Dependable and hardworking is all we ask
All positions: Full-time | 10-hr shifts | Mon–Thur
Pay based on experience, attitude & work ethic.
