Two in a day?! We were honored for our proposal to revitalize First National Bank to be chosen by the Greenfield Redevelopment Authority. From here, we enter an appropriately lengthy due diligence process to flesh out our idea more completely, but in the meantime, check out our renderings in the article!

Oxbow Design Build won the bid to transform Greenfield's vacant First National Bank into a community food hub and event space.

Hey look! A recently completed project made the papers! We worked with Greenfield Community College's Workforce Development program to build out two shipping containers with weatherization tools and props. GCC is doing a great job training the next generation of tradespeople, and we've been thrilled to work with them.

Greenfield Community College is set to relaunch its weatherization technician training program next month following the installation of new specialized labs housed in shipping containers.

We're proud to announce that we're among the awardees of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program grant to develop an affordable duplex in Greenfield! Thank you so much to our partners in the City of Greenfield, especially the folks at the Community and Economic Development department, and thank you to MassHousing for selecting our project among so many applicants, and for their focus on housing in our region! We're so excited to get started working on something in our own back yard!

The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities Neighborhood Stabilization Program awarded a combined $1.82 million to two housing projects in Montague and one in Greenfield to create new affordable homeownership opportunities.
