After a long winters nap and a few needed repairs Unit 116 is back on the road. This truck is a 1994 GMC Topkick gas 366 Automatic. That makes it 32 yrs old !! I’ve owned it for 28 yrs of its life and it has been the best mulch soil leaf hauler you could ask for. Only 175k on the odometer and I believe we bought it with 125k 28yrs ago ! They just don’t make them like this anymore! Toying with the idea of replacing it with a nice dumping trailer as we don’t use it that much anymore? Obviously 50k miles in 28yrs! Thoughts ?? Heck I’m not even sure what it’s worth ? It’s sorta like family at this point !!!
