This project was about more than replacing an old deck.

The original structure had reached the end of its short life, so instead of rebuilding what was already there, I designed a completely new outdoor living space that would better fit the home, how the family uses it, and to last a very long time.

The result is a larger, covered composite deck that provides shade, requires very little maintenance, and gives the homeowners a space they can enjoy for many years without worrying about staining, sealing, or replacing rotted deck boards.

Not every project is a complete remodel.

Sometimes it’s restoring a home’s original beauty after unexpected damage.

This ceiling suffered significant water damage and required more than a simple patch. The damaged sheetrock was removed, replaced, finished, textured, and blended back into the existing ceiling.

The challenge isn’t installing new drywall.

The challenge is making the repair disappear.

From demolition to final texture and paint, every step matters. The finished result blends seamlessly with the surrounding ceiling, leaving no sign of the damage that was once there.

This project included:
• Closing off an existing wall opening
• Electrical relocations
• Interior door addition
• HVAC ducting
• Drywall repair and texture blending
• Custom wainscoting installation
• Interior painting
• Full LVP flooring installation
• Custom transition/ramp build
• Finish trim and detail work throughout

The goal was to modernize the space while still keeping the character of the home intact — and the final result completely changed the feel of the entire house.

Complete room reconfiguration from start to finish.

This wall originally had a full opening into the adjacent room. We completely framed it in, installed new drywall, tape & bed, blended texture to match the existing walls, painted, added a new doorway location, and finished it out with new flooring and trim.

The goal on projects like this is simple:
Make it look like it was always built that way.

Clean transitions. Seamless texture. Solid finish work.

The break in the weather gave us the window we needed to get this privacy fence wrapped up and looking great. Projects like this are always rewarding, but one of the biggest blessings of this work is getting to meet genuinely good people like these homeowners along the way. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity and the trust they placed in us to bring their vision to life. Thank y’all again, and we hope you enjoy your beautiful new fence for many years to come.

Started with a standing (dead) tree… now it’s beautiful lumber.

Dropped this old dead tree and ran it through the mill. Beautiful old red oak—and it’s got some amazing character already.

There’s just something different about building with material you put your own sweat into from the very beginning.

Got a plan for it… just not telling yet.

Before ➡️ After

This project started with a broken concrete step and an unusable entry… and turned into a clean, safe, and functional outdoor space.

We built a new deck with custom steps, added aluminum railing for safety, and poured a concrete walkway to tie everything together. Huge difference not just in looks, but in how the space is used every day.

Spring is here and we’re booking projects now.
