An absolutely gorgeous change from a dated look to a modern clean light bathroom with new chair rail and trim custom cut and shelving added. Old plastic paneling was removed from the entire bottom half of the bathroom and the walls were assessed and repaired and faded as needed. Sanding and prep was fine and the entire room was primed with a stain block mold killing primer. Chair rails were custom made and cut to wrap the entire bathroom, NUTONE ceiling exhaust fan was added then ceilings and walls were done in a beacon grey, the bottom half was done in a darker grey to add a beautiful finish as everything was separated by a good white chair rail and trim around windows and doors. Toiletry shelving added behind toilet, medicine cabinet added above sink, vanity removed postponed and painted and re installed. To finish off the look the entire floor was done in a waterproof tongue and groove floorv in a "wild grey"

Large belvidere NJ multi unit remodel.

This recently completed job in Belvidere NJ upgraded two adjacent apartments and the shared common entrance.
Both bathrooms were completely redone with new toilets, vanities, showers, plumbing, showrr fixtures, PVC window mouldings, two part mix porcelain paint, full floors leveling and repair, new flooring installed in a vinyl waterproof product in a grey wood tone, new trim around entire floor installed and painted black, then ceilings and walls painted in bathroom and spa water resistant and mildew resistant paint.
Living room, dining room, and kitchen in apartment A hat carpet removed, padding and tac strips removed, and floor was inspected and repair where needed. Flooring was then installer running continuously through all three rooms ending with custom thresholds in 3 areas.
Common hallway and stairs need major repairs and prep. After prep the ceilings and walls were painted with Ben Moore paints and the floors and stairs were fine with a Behr deck and floor product. Brand new light fixtures were installed at top landing.

An absolutely gorgeous estate in Harmony NJ. Major repairs done to rotten and missing pieces of Hardie board, window trim and clap boards. House was power washed, prepped, scraped , primed and top coated with Ben Moore products, and trim done in pure semi gloss white. Get booked now for next spring!!! Recently finished this beautiful kitchen in White township NJ. Transformed from a wood cabinet with red walls to this light open feeling of a country kitchen all hardware brand new, handles and hinges done in black with push pads on every surface that touches All wood surfaces stripped and primed and painted with in semi gloss ultra durable enamel with 5 coatings to handle abuse if a bust kitchen, all paint used is from Benjamin Moore. Repairs to drawers and doors, trim and 1/4 round installed to finish too trim if cabinets. Walks were painted in a "Micha" satin to complete the gorgeous look and give customer an updated and beautiful kitchen just in time for Thanksgiving !!

A quick facelift in Belvidere NJ powerwash prep, scrape primed and top coated the facia, body abd window trim. Dormer facia corners were rotten and replace with custom cut decorative peices.

This is a full bathroom remodel we just completed in martins creek PA. Everything installed brand new.. toilet, sink, shower , fixtures, faucets. Vanity and counter top custom made by us for homeowner Plumbing valves, plumbing feeds, plumbing diverters, plumbing traps on tub abd sink, new drain plugs, entire floor done in beautiful Grey laminate then room was trimmed out with new baseboard trim. Ceilings walls doors and trim all painted.. tile in bathtub area done in stoic white. Tub is the classic porcelain finish.

A gorgeous uplifting paint job recently completed in Hacketstown NJ. The entire building was powerwashed, scraped, prepped, and primed on bare wood with an oil based application. Major carpentry repairs were done on facia boards and full chimney rebuild. Gutters and soffits we're painted in a " linen white" satin. Body was painted in a "yellow berry" satin. Trim was painted in an "ultra white" semi gloss. All Ben Moore paints were used.

A big transition recently completed. A completely different look was achieved on this Harmony NJ home with a darker scheme. We started with major prep, powerwashing, scraping, caulking all windows and doors and priming bare wood and aluminum with STIX by Inslx a bonding product to baseline the building. Next we started the coating process with "Linen white" soffits and trim in a satin finish. The body was done in "city scape" in a flat finish. The chimney was repaired with masonry caulk and primed and painted with STIX and ultra spec EXT in linen white. Everything was tied together with brand new Vantage raised panel shutters ordered in a black finish and mounted to aluminum walls and masonry area. We pre drilled the stone with tap con bits and mounted the shutters directly to the stone.

An emergency saturday chimney flashing repair on a repeat customers home in Belvidere NJ. The old flashing was a rotten unsealed useless mess. Water was pouring in behind the chimney and causing major damage inside the home in the living room. We removed the old metal cleaned area fastened two new flashing strips and sealed it with a waterproofing adhesive. The down spout was then sealed and re installed.
