This monster dinner table is solid red oak. The top is made from 3 slabs glued up to 42" x 84" x 2½" thick and standing on 5"x 5" legs. It's stained with espresso and finished with satin lacquer.

We squeezed in some shop time in between a whole lot of basketball games. Today we delivered a custom bar. Tucked inbetween a wall and support pole, we had a perfect fit to create a great spot to hang out and enjoy a few drinks. We built it out of Red Oak with English Chestnut stain and a lacquer finish. The front has raised panels with a live edge on a two tier top. There's plenty of storage underneath with a lockable cabinet in the center.

With all the kids sports in the fall, we worked on a "hall tree" for some family friends. They wanted the piece painted white to match their new cabinets with the seat stained to match the floor. We put the final touches on a bar height butcher block table with a bench. With a 2" thick solid top, this table top is 28"x42" and stands 42" tall. Made with red oak and finished with clear lacquer. We also made a cutting board out of the table cut-offs with an M carved into it as an extra personal touch.
