Construction continues to make great progress on the new Residential Center at The Benedictine School in Ridgely, Maryland, with Willow Construction and its trade partners working throughout the facility as interior finishes and building systems advance.
Recent work has included tile installation in the administrative areas and main corridor, along with continued drywall finishing, painting, epoxy flooring, and ceiling work. In the kitchen, FRP wall panels have been completed and crews are preparing for ceiling grid installation.
Behind the scenes, the building’s major systems are progressing as well. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression crews continue working throughout the facility, with new lighting and fire alarm components being installed, plumbing fixtures and equipment moving forward, and sprinkler piping and heads being completed in additional areas. Exterior work is continuing too, including gutters, downspouts, and other roof drainage details.
With finishes going in and building systems moving toward completion, the new Residential Center is looking more like a finished living environment every day. Willow Construction is proud to continue working alongside our trade partners to create a welcoming, high-quality space that will support Benedictine’s mission and the individuals it serves for years to come.
