Swamp Betty Syrup is the finest maple sugar east of the Mississippi, and west, and north, and south.
Tapped from Michigan Maples of varied varieties, and some other trees.
Boiled with the love of dead ash firewood.
Quality tested, straight off the backwoods evaporator, with a 50/50 Sap/Jack Daniel’s shot.
If y’all want to enjoy our sweet sugar goodness, well good luck that. We don’t make much, and we don’t sell it.
But you can follow us here, as we collect, and boil sap for endless hours with our not so efficient system.
