WE ARE MOVING!! Bittersweet moment for us in the Town of Severance. For the past 10yrs we have had the opportunity to serve Severance and all of Northern Colorado and beyond. PSA🗣️🗣️… The HVAC world as we know it is in for an industry wide adjustment… not a fan but hey, we don’t have a choice either. Get your AC units replaced now before prices skyrocket starting next spring!! The term: “That’s too expensive” this season will be considered “outrageous” next season. Here are the new laws taking affect at the turn of the year:

1) Manufacturing deadline- By law, no manufacturer will be allowed to produce R410a units after December 31 2024.
2) Installation timeline- Contractors will have untill December 31 2025 to install R410a units. After this date it will be illegal to install R410a systems.
3) EPA regulatory changes- The EPA’s new regulations mandate a shift from R410a to R454b. Suppliers have already outlined a product phase out and phase in system for the new R454b units.
4) Price increase- R454b units will see a 20% +\-price increase across the board.
