This bathroom had an old 3-handle valve that was due for an upgrade. We opened the wall from the back side, removed the old valve body, installed a new pressure-balanced single-handle valve with new copper piping, and finished it off with new trim, tub spout, and shower head.
The best part? We were able to complete the upgrade while keeping the existing cast iron tub and tile surround, saving the homeowner from a much more expensive remodel.
If your shower has hard-to-turn handles, drips, or can't hold a consistent temperature, it may be time for an upgrade.

How long has it been since you fluctuated your main shut off valve? I encourage everyone to go find it and try, If it won't move easily give me a call at 937-687-8087 for a free estimate on replacement. A main shut off is majorly important if you have a leak in your home that you can stop the problem immediately without costing you a dime.

Family Friday

Behind all the late work nights, paperwork, phone calls, and estimates they are the reason I work so hard.
