Egress window before the big snowfall

Old rental property remodel. The exterior load bearing wall you see coated in mud was floating off the subfloor. You could push the entire bottom of the wall back and forth a couple inches. We tore out the sub floor, floor joists, repaired the failing stone foundation, installed new floor joists, installed new sill plates, new sub floor, and built a new wall. The space was an old bathroom that we moved to the other side of that wall behind the refrigerator. We also turned a big walk in closet upstairs into a second bathroom as well. New cabinets, vanities and counter tops.

Sub constructed to general contractor Pederson Construction & Renovations. My work consisted of slab grading, 2inch foam and poly for infloor heat, Infloor heat pex pipe install, all framing, windows, exterior doors, siding, soffit, fascia, insulation/ v***r barrier, interior trim, interior doors/ hardware, wire shelving, and counter tops.

Extreme water damaged addition needing urgent demolition and replacement. This job was by far the worst I’ve seen in my 11 years of construction. 2x10 headers were able to be removed by hand. Osb sheathing was so rotten that you could poke a hole with your finger through it. Know your contractors and do your inspections before sales. These customers were left with a nightmare but we got rid of it and back together in a timely fashion. ✅ call now for interior work! 715-450-2629
