Another small porch replacement, this building is an old church and the customer wanted to make the new porch look like the original entrance.

This is 24x36 post frame building we fit in in-between projects, the customer couldn't even wait for us to finnish cleaning up before he had filled up.

Some before and after pic's of a rotten deck removal and replacement, also had to remove amd replace the rim joist amd sheeting on the building.

Built a nice 18x20 deck with black cable railing all under-mount hidden fasteners for the decking and all brown treat lumber so there is no need to stain for a couple years.
This house was originally a small 1 story built in the 40's and had some major framing defects that were discovered while remodeling so we tore it down to the basement and rebuilt it adding a 16x16 addition and a second story..
