The framing is done — and now the real magic starts. ⚡

Rough-in is one of those stages that doesn’t always get the spotlight, but it deserves it. This is where your home gets its nervous system. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC — every wire run, every pipe placed, every duct routed is happening right now behind these walls. By the time drywall goes up, there will be hundreds of decisions already locked in that you’ll never see but will rely on every single day.

It’s not the most glamorous phase to photograph, but for those of us who know what we’re looking at? It’s incredibly exciting. This is where a house becomes a home — long before the paint goes on or the floors go down.

Stay tuned. It only gets better from here.
