The existing ramp had deteriorated significantly and required renovation. We installed new wooden steps, vinyl handrails, and pavers to restore safety and functionality to the porch area!

We know its been a while since we posted but we have been extremely busy! We are very excited to show everyone the completion of our biggest project of the year! This was a very challenging and fun renovation, starting with a clean slate of a twenty five by fifty two foot basement. We started this project rebuilding the stairs making them wider with an easier access return at the bottom. Moisture resistant drywall was installed throughout with partition walls being added for a furnace room, bathroom and two storage areas. The bathroom received a new jetted tub with a custom built enclosure finished in stone veneer. The entire basement received LVP flooring and PVC trim throughout along with a PVC drop ceiling to allow access for any future repairs of plumbing, electrical or hvac components. LED flush mount dimmable lights added ambience to the room giving it a warm cozy feeling with a theatre like atmosphere. The one hundred inch tv was mounted to finish the project. We are extremely proud of our work and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We cant thank the owners enough for being amazing hosts and their collaboration on the entire project helping reach their goals and expectations! Thank you for entrusting us with such an important home renovation!
