This is what happens when you don't let your plumber install a clean out. This is root pe*******on in the main sewer line. This customer at some point had a blockage, instead of a clean out being installed, the pipe was broken on top for access. This should be temporary until the issue is fixed. The customer had a blockage a couple of years later. We fixed it correctly with a clean out so it never happens again!
