Exteriors and windows done right.

From Tyvek (real Tyvek, not some cheap v***r barrier that doesn’t stop mold), extremely high grade sealants (OSI), and high quality Low-E windows (Coeur d’Alene Windows). The little details matter to prevent future damage and provide a high quality finish that will last for decades.

All Tyvek has been installed past code requirements, including larger overlaps and taping all seams not just horizontal ones. All windows have been “wet” set despite being “new construction” (using a sealant on the fl**ge of the window and not just screws). Any and all gaps have been foam insulated from the inside for a double insulated air tight installation behind the fl**ge.

All solar powered exterior and interior lighting. Perfect for storage of a UTV, bikes and yard equipment as well as a work bench!

A covered porch on the side of the shop provides another way of entry through a steel exterior door as well as a rear window for natural light and more venting in the summer.

A truly custom shop insulated and finished to painted drywall on the inside. With a classic bat-on-board barn look on the exterior.

Here’s a small laundry room turned gear & mud room just in time for winter. This project includes a 12 station gear dryer for your ski and winter gear, an Elkay water station with bottle filler and a custom cabinet and bench to store the goods.

Also included: new flooring, paint, baseboards, and lighting.

Here’s a sneak peek and also a quick update on what we’ve been up to this summer. We turned an old 4 panel window system in a beautiful sliding unit by . Which now provides much better access to the completely rebuilt and expanded deck and of course much better views of our valley from the interior.

Upcoming to this project is the finish of the deck which will be posted soon showcasing the complete overhaul with surprises below the deck as well! On the inside as we move into fall you’ll see an updated color scheme with new flooring as well as a kitchen, fireplace mantle, and some re-framing of some interior walls. This complete transformation is shaping up to be a real showcase and we are really excited to share it here! Stay tuned!

Another Home completely updated and repaired✔️

1st photo is the remodel … replaced rotted and sun beaten wood, and Trim.
Then repainted the whole home. Sanded, primed, 2 coats of paint and sealed✔️

2nd photo is the before… wood was in bad shape and the paint was sunburnt.

Here is a three coat, hand brushed custom tinted semitransparent sealer on a beautiful all wood garage door.

The before picture was 5 years of no sealant applied.

The end result is a multi toned wood grained finish that brought all the life back to this beautiful (and very expensive) door!
