We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals** to join our team of landscape and hardscaping professionals. We offer a competitive starting salary of $22 per hour, along with available benefits package.

**Responsibilities:**

* Installation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscaping elements, including patios, walkways, walls, and plantings
* Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
* Working with clients to understand their needs and desires
* Adhering to safety protocols and best practices
* Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping or hardscaping
* Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
