Manrique brings over 20 years of experience working across industries like construction, tech, hospitality, manufacturing, and more. He’s known for his positive attitude, his willingness to jump in and help, and his ability to find solutions no matter the challenge.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find him enjoying sports—or even jumping out of airplanes as a skydiving instructor!

We’re excited to have Manrique on the team and can’t wait to see the great things he’ll help our people accomplish as we continue to grow.

We’re proud to celebrate Jen Brands, spouse of Ross Brands , K&M’s Controller, on her recent selection as a Sanford Health Brand Ambassador—a prestigious honor recognizing excellence, compassion, and dedication in service.

Jen brings more than 21 years of experience as a registered nurse and currently serves as a hospice case manager in southwest Minnesota. She was selected as one of just 30 ambassadors from across the Sanford Health system, representing the very best of what healthcare leadership looks like today.
As part of the program, Jen traveled to New Orleans, where ambassadors from across the organization combined service, learning, and connection—volunteering in the community, building meaningful relationships, and sharing a renewed sense of purpose.

“What made this experience truly special were the people—strangers who quickly became friends, united by a shared commitment to those we serve,” Jen shared.
At K&M, we’re incredibly proud not only of our team members, but of the families who stand alongside them. Their support, sacrifices, and shared values are a vital part of our culture and our success.
