Requirements:
Must have your own hand tools and tool belt
Ability to work efficiently and stay productive
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints
Capable of working alone and completing jobs correctly
Leadership skills are a plus — ability to manage a team when needed

Responsibilities:
Residential electrical installations and service work
Troubleshooting and repairs
Reading and following job plans
Maintaining clean and safe job sites
Communicating professionally with customers and team members
