Couple more buildings done the last couple of weeks

Waterford project ready for garage doors and concrete. This one is 30x40x12 with a 10x40 porch.
2 36” entry doors, 4 3x4 windows, 2 12x10 overhead door openings. Therma-guard under roofing and tyvek wrap under the wall steel.

One building after another! Soon to be another quality structure completed in Waterford stay tuned. This one will be 30x40x12 with a 10x40 porch off the left side. 4 windows, 2 36” entry doors and 2 12x10 overhead doors. Will be studded out, insulated, and finished off beautifully with the bright white steel interior as well.

One lightning jolt later and some soaking wet guys we got this one on Silverthorn road wrapped up this morning in the storm. And the boss might need a heart reset. Evaluation coming soon on that. This work ain’t no joke some days. I’m still learning the difference between dedication and stupidity. We’re currently off to sell another building in the meantime

This one is 30x50x12 with 2 12x10 overhead doors and one 36” man door. Tyvek wrap under siding and thermaguard under the roof. 3 day build

Another one going up in Edinboro Silverthorn Road. 30x50x12

Opened up the new addition to the existing building at Eldred Collision and framed up the couple of rooms. Ready for power, plumbing, drywall/trim and a little bit more steel liner panel.
