Job Summary:
A skilled carpenter assisting with residential remodeling and new home construction projects. Responsible for preparing job sites, installing materials, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with residential remodeling and new home construction projects
-Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
-Measure, cut, and install building materials such as lumber, trim, insulation, and flooring
-Install doors structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, flooring, cabinetry, etc
-Perform demolition and site preparation for remodeling projects
-Load, unload, and move building materials around the job site
-Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
-Follow instructions, measurements, and project plans accurately
-Maintain adherence to job site safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience with residential construction or remodeling
-Familiarity with construction materials and basic building practices
-Ability to read measurements and use construction tools
-Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
-Physical ability to lift and carry construction materials
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
