It's been hectic around the office for the last few months. So, I haven't really had a moment to stop and catch up on designs that are finally in the construction phase. I'm hoping to post more updates on projects this year as they start to come out of the ground. I'll start with an easy one, since it is just a few doors down.

I had the pleasure of designing a new home for this client after their home unfortunately was lost to a fire last year. Footers have been poured, and the block foundation has been laid. Framing will begin shortly, and I'll walk you through the build process, typical of new construction, as it progresses.

Carpentry/framing positions available for highly motivated individuals. Experience is a plus but not required. Must have a drivers license. The rain finally stopped long enough for me to move this in to the office. In the last 16 months, I haven’t found a table that I actually liked or was big enough for D-Sized blueprints, yet small enough for my office. So, I decided to make one. (Credits: Ambrosia maple from Alexander Brothers and walnut I had milled and dried by Larry Gochenour)
