Another day of doing what C.A.S.E. does best: getting the ground right.

Before concrete gets poured or asphalt goes down, the site has to be ready for it. That means proper grading, a stable base, drainage that moves water where it should, and elevations that support the next phase of work.

Good groundwork is what helps prevent settling, drainage problems, rework, and delays later on. It may not be the most visible part of the project, but it has a lot to do with how everything above it performs.

Before the concrete, asphalt, or finished surface ever goes in, somebody has to get the site right, grading, base prep, drainage, access, and the details that set up every phase that follows.

Sealcoating does more than improve the look of asphalt. It helps protect a serviceable pavement surface from sun, water, oil, fuel, salt, and normal traffic wear that can speed up deterioration over time.

The key is timing. Sealcoating works best when the asphalt is still structurally sound. Cracks, potholes, soft spots, drainage problems, and failed areas should be addressed first so the coating is protecting a stable surface instead of covering up a larger issue.

At C.A.S.E.
