When a customer mentioned the second floor was always a little warmer than the rest of the house, we knew there was a better solution.
The original HVAC system was located on the first floor and was responsible for conditioning the entire home. We redesigned the system by installing a dedicated HVAC system for the second floor and downsizing the first-floor system to properly match its load.
Now the home has two brand-new T.K. Systems, providing better comfort, improved efficiency, and balanced temperatures throughout the house.
