The roofers are harnessed with ropes. I wouldn't last long doing that. Several hail storms damaged trim and siding + the 3 garage doors. The deck lasted over 20 yrs but finally gave in to severe hail damage. We added additional support and structure to ensure another 20 plus years. Our painters have spent almost 2 weeks prepping to paint. Any soffit with signs of water damage are replaced as well as trim and siding. It's not easy doing this with the prices of materials constantly going up but we make it work.
We will never compromise quality for profit. Ever.

When it's this cold and your hot water stops running, you could have a frozen pipe. I located the exposed pipe, wrapped it with a pipe heater and insulation. Plugged in the heater, Turned on the hot water and waited. It only took 10 minutes to thaw the pipe and now we can all take showers.... saved a ton of money DIY.
