Mái nhà là lớp bảo vệ quan trọng nhất cho ngôi nhà bạn khỏi nắng, mưa, gió, và thời tiết khắc nghiệt. Nhưng theo thời gian, mái nhà sẽ xuống cấp mà nhiều khi chúng ta không nhận ra.

🔍 DẤU HIỆU MÁI NHÀ CẦN ĐƯỢC KIỂM TRA HOẶC THAY THẾ:
1️⃣ Rò rỉ nước – Trần nhà xuất hiện vết ố vàng hoặc nước nhỏ giọt vào trong nhà.
2️⃣ Ngói bị cong vênh – Các tấm ngói bị cuốn lên hoặc biến dạng do thời tiết.

Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving. We’re still putting roofs on in the winter. But it has to be above 40°. Be sure if you’re putting a laminated composition roof on your home. It’s being installed over 40°. We work in Bethany Edmond Oklahoma City, Midwest city Del city Choctaw moore Piedmont Yukon. Also be very careful to only use qualified contractors that have been in the business for at least five or 10 years. 90% of the roofers that were in business two years ago are no longer in business. Always check with the Better Business Bureau when hiring roofing work to be done always verify that they’re in good standing with the Oklahoma construction industry board where you can check tosee are they licensedlicensed.registration for roofing is required in the state of Oklahoma. Commercial roofing is very important as well. You must use a roofer that has a commercial endorsement in Oklahoma. Like we say here at American standard roofing, “always use the best”!
